for clarinet quartet

Impartial / partial - Works for clarinet quartet (bass clarinet, alto clarinet, Clarinet in Bb and Eb clarinetist clarinente). Sculpting in silence a sound universe where the same sound that justify its own existence.

It is a personal proposal to construct or deconstruct experience a series of three pieces completely intuitive.

It is also a challenge to work with the layout of the assembly in question and the great curiosity in exploring its sonic possibilities.

Description:

The sound from the sound itself. Back to the root, the original idea of the compositional process, look at various procedures intuitive and introspective the development of three movements.

Empty your mind and see the sound, search the interior sound mind itself, and build on it.

• Make an analysis based on sound memories to write the material and its interpretation in the assembly.
• Make a detailed drawing of dreams, images, shapes, sounds and build the work from these notes.
• Contemplating the silence in an open space, looking at him, sounds, smells and images and translate them into notation.
• Perceive the sound in various public spaces and transcribe the sound gestures.

Once the material and transcribed into notation, the process is to develop the structure of each work and place the material in time and space.

The aim is to process and outcome can be appreciated as one, that the original idea is not being eroded by the process.

Objectives:

1. Working in a fully compositional process INTUITIVE.
2. Exploit the resources of the ensemble sound.
3. Develop an appropriate writing for each movement.
4. New concepts of work for future work.
